Most computer monitors (and mobile device screens) are set too bright. The prints we create for our customers are based on "art gallery" settings and are produced with highly calibrated monitors and printers, and may therefore appear darker relative to your monitor. They are not mistakenly printed too dark. It is best to view your prints in brighter light to see that they are, in fact correctly made.
Our policy is we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on.
